Well I guess it worked. Roy said everyone loved the cupcakes. My favorite remark was from my daughter this morning. "Oh mommy! My cupcakes are so beautiful!" The look on her face was all I needed. I did them really simple. VERY simple. Just 1/3 red, 1/3 white and 1/3 blue with the flag on top. Less is more I guess. She was very excited to take it to school. I told remember 50 cupcakes for 50 bay leaves on the flag.

hey babe.. indeed your cupcakes were a hit. her teacher could not get over how they look so nice and kept saying thanks to me... and i keep saying its my wife who did it.. not me. all the kids were like, " can i have one?" lol.. was funny.. but all in all it came out real nice. good job babe. you always make those simple pleasures seem so grand... especially to Hala.
